South bank serviced apartments

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

staff were friendly, but the room was very poorly maintained with open vents partially covered by paintings. the room reeked of cigarette smoke (it was not a smoking room) - at first, we thought it was from someone smoking outside, but the smell lingered long after we tried closing the windows. the bathroom ceiling fan was dripping rust onto the toilet seat, which was stained brown. even the hair dryer in the bathroom was disgusting - it was covered in some kind of slimy residue. the bed was uncomfortable - possibly the worst mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. the room was also quite old and shabby overall. the property was also very noisy thanks to children and other guests running through the halls at all hours. for the same price, we could have stayed in a much larger, cleaner, newer and more well-maintained room with a decent view in a place offering amenities like room service. while we were treated courteously by staff, we won't be staying here again.

Loved the check in process was very easy, The unit was surface level clean but a deep clean would make the place feel better, All round was happy. Thanks you

Everything was exactly as we needed. Easy walk to everything Southbank has to offer. Very quiet for a city apartment but you can hear general noise so be respectful of the quiet others would like to enjoy. The apartment is small, very basic and you get what you pay for. The easy, including Parking is absolutely a bonus. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tidy property, on-site parking, close to CBD. Some downsides: Reuse bottles of body wash, shampoo. (Not hygienic) No dryer.

Nice location and easy to check in and out. If not for cockroaches in the room, this would be a 5 rating.

Great little apartment with nice balcony and pool in the complex. Fully equipped, had everything we needed and in a great location.

We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment. We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for. In addition, the “queen bed” provided was actually a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my husband has since suffered significant back pain after sleeping on it. The apartments are so noisy and the walls are incredibly thin. I was woken up multiple times by people coming and going. It's so loud that when they turn the key in their door it soundes like they were entering the apartment we were in. Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out after the first night as the accommodation did not match the room advertised or the standard we expected when booking.

property was generally fine and the process was smooth. However, the drain in the shower was partially blocked, with water collecting while showering to the degree I was worried it might overflow. More seriously (and I only noticed this when packing up) the smoke detector was covered in plastic – it looks like this was prevent it from detecting smoke. Not sure whether that was because of a defective detector, or the previous occupant was smoking, but in any case it's a serious concern.

Location was fantastic and the unit was large.

I probably got what I paid for - an ordinary experience. Single room/studio, very vanilla - literally. Everything was white. Cheap but clean and relatively contemporary furnishings but no colour or warmth to make the room welcoming. Ground floor, so no great view, but appreciated the large and secure balcony/patio. Shower smelt a bit. Acceptable for a solo stay where all you need the room for is to sleep at night.
