Even though I wish they did have a recycling bin, it was good overall. Nothing bad to say at all. I would definitely come here next time.

Hab mich direkt super wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war auch mehr als ausreichend. Konnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle vielleicht eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber im großen und ganzen super Empfehlung für Surabaya!

Laa habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura, están todas las paredes manchadas. Al meternos en la cama a las 11 pm, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvo que venir el chico de recepción a cambiarlas pero nos puso unas que estaban "menos manchadas"!!! ya que el mismo chico nia dijo que todas estaban parecidas.... ¡lamentable! Además, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y pedí un secador de pelo en recepción, pero el chico me dijo que estaban todos "ocupados" y ya eran las 11 pm! Vaya que habia huéspedes que después de utilizarlos, se los habian quedado toda la noche. Una falta de control por parte de recepción, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y no pude!! A todo esto, no he recibido ninguna disculpa ni ningunacompensación por parte del hotel al hacer el check out.
