I enjoyed my stay at the TY hotel in College Point, Queens, New York City. The security was great, it was very quiet, and the staff was helpful. I would certainly recommend my family and friends when in New York to stay at the hotel.

Check in was quick, man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. there was ample parking. Close to a shopping center with a Home Goods store :)

On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!

I recently stayed over night and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, roomy and supplied with tooth brushes and shampoo conditioner and body wash. The shower was amazing, a rain shower with great water pressure. They have a private parking lot which gets full but never had an issue with parking. I felt safe and I need a place that I can feel safe that my son will be staying at when he visits ny regularly. I will definitely be back as well. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Free parking is always a plus in nyc most places $40 a night just for parking. Next to the The Expressway, clean environment, clean Hotel it’s quiet.
