The hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech.
2 lifts to upstairs.
Will consider to stay next time.

There is no telephone in the room need qr code or watsapp to contact room service and reception. Very incovenient for the less tech savy guests. TV has no reception. Need to use the internet to watch....

The pool was the width of a balcony and not a private setting as neighbors would be able to watch you from businesses and homes next door.
The price was great. staff are great.
They had events that got loud at night however.

Have to upkeep, else in a very short while it will be run down... feet marks on the walls inside the room and dirty walls. The rattan net lamp shade is very dusty. lots of ants in the room, the table, floor, toilet...
