Saan Hotel Sathorn

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and all of the staff were all friendly and welcoming. On our first night, there was a small issue because of the heavy rain, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. One of the front desk staff was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was sorted out. His attitude and willingness to help really turned the situation around and made our stay even better. I feel bad I didn’t get his name but he’s the best! We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok!

We had a wonderful experience with Saan hotel. It’s our vist time to Bangkok, staff is really nice patient and very helpful. Kids liked the pool. The night before we checked out, we missed out the laundry room time, one staff sent us to nearby laundry and brought us back to hotel. Downstairs cafe “grow” serve very good food and honey dirty is really good. Will stay for sure next time when we revisit Bangkok.

Hotel and staff fantastic a bit far out of town for my liking seems very shady area would not walk around. They have a shuttle to take you to main road you have to find your own way back it's only one way. Personally I would not stay here again only because of the area. Staff wonderful

We traveled with a family of four and stayed in the family room 703. Such a cute boutique hotel tha is centrally located. They offer free Tuktuk ride to near BTS station and near Iconsiam. Hotel offers complementary ice cream and drinks in the lobby. Staff there are so attentive and super nice. We love this place and kids ask to book this place everytime we are in town

My only complaint is how early everything closes. The restaurant closes at 6 the laundry closes at 8 (and there only 1 coin operated washer and dryer).

We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms, the hotel staff were amazing. The hotel was super clean and located in a fantastic place to get to Icon Siam and also the river boats for accessing the various areas for seeing all of the interesting sites on offer in the city. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed a bit of downtime after busy days exploring the city. We would book again in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel provides a free tuc-tuc service for short journeys close to the hotel which was really handy. It’s worth a special mention that the staff made all of us feel incredibly welcome every time we entered or left the reception area. Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel staffs have been nice. But had seen a flea in the toilet.

The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was near the places we wanted to see.

Saan Hotel is the first one of the trip too Thailand and it has the Best staff who are kind warm and genuine Good rooms with great amenities Had problems with A/C noise when wanting sleep setting In room which didn’t help with Jet Lag at all Staff a great plus though!

Really nice hotel. Very clean and exceptionel good service and the price was really good. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it
