It was an excellent stay and my second time there. I would highly recommend using the private onsen and getting a massage from Pet and Bay (I believe this was their names). The room was overall very comfortable, the food was delicious, the staff was helpful, the gym was excellent, and the pool was relaxing.
My only complaint was the water temperature was a bit sporadic in our room. However, I have stayed here before and never had that issue. Not worth letting it deter you from staying here, but worth letting the staff know.
The restaurants around and the location is excellent as well. I'll be back often.
