Difficult to know where to start! Outstanding location, only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Tasso and so much to see in Sorrento. The Palazzo Martinelli team were very helpful. From arrival to departure every need was taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again on our next visit to Sorrento.

Our stay at the Palazzo Martinelli was very enjoyable. The hotel location, modern design, and professionalism of the staff all contributed to our enjoyable stay and left us with a desire to return.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Caterina were friendly and very helpful with airport transfer. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

Palazzo Martinelli was such a dream. From the second we walked in, it was beautifully designed and certainly a special place. Even from our private balcony with hot tub, we were away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. It was quiet and unique- exactly what we wanted! We would certainly be back to stay again!

The Palazzo Martinelli is a beautiful modern boutique hotel located just a few steps from Piazza Tasso. Despite that its extremely quite and set back off the street. The rooms are very newly renovated and beautiful with modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is amazing and very welcoming and helpful. Don’t miss out on their amazing breakfast on the rooftop terrace. It features home made pastries, fruit, coffee, teas, as well as made to order crepes, pancakes, omelettes, cappuccinos and espressos. Amazing!! If you are looking for a place in Sorrento look no further, Palazzo Martinelli is amazing and I’ll be coming back for sure! Grazie Millie to Katerina, Ariana, and the rest of the team at Palazzo Martinelli!!

Hotel entrance needs improvements. Very different than what you see in the pictures when you make the reservations. It was difficult to find because it has no sign. Our driver had to call to make sure we were at the right place. Rooms are nice, modern and comfortable. Special mention to Ariana, at the breakfast terrace. Her smile and good service made our stay more enjoyable.

The location is great 2 minute from the main square. All the staff are very kind and attentive! The rooms were great with nice freebies and amenities! Also the breakfast every morning was the best!

Overall, a very nice experience Staff was wonderful. The breakfast atrium was terrific. The room was really nice and clean. Only thing I would have to say is that the Jacuzzi did not work properly.
