This property is like the “curates egg” some things ok some poor. The poor are: no credit card charge facilities at hotel, only cash There is no breakfast facility availability The dining area is totally geared to Chinese The tv is thru an analog system that keeps dropping out

After 22 hours non-stop travelling, we welcomed the comfortable bed! The location was great for getting dinner and other supplies. We enjoyed our stay

Great location. Booked a business suite. Very spacious but not 700 sq ft as depicted in Expedia. More like 500 sq ft. But very spacious. Pros: Location Great shower Comfortable bed and linens Comfortable couch and chairs Restaurant and spa on site Cable TV with HBO Cons: Smell of cigarette smoke in hotel Refrigerator did not work Street noise (but it is Chinatown so…) Futon did not fold down Door did not reach the bottom TV missing from bedroom All in all for the price it was a good room. Just minutes walk to Divisoria, 999, 168, Lucky Chinatown Mall and Tutuban. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. WiFi didn’t work in my room but worked in hallway. KTV on 2 floors in building so it was loud until 3-4am
