Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali

The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. They were always so friendly and helpful, and they remember details about conversations they have with everyone. My room was lovely, spacious, calm and clean. I was on the 8th floor overlooking the sea which was incredible, the only problem was it was extremely loud in the evenings. There were events in the bar above each night which were so loud, even through my earplugs. Although it was quite annoying for an hour or so it didn't ruin my trip at all and I hope I'll be able to return to this hotel again one day. The breakfast was varied and delicious, I tried so many new things that I would never usually have for breakfast. The food throughout my stay was perfect and the cocktails were amazing too, especially at happy hour! I also had a 90 minute treatment at the spa which was lovely, I highly recommend. Overall I loved my stay and I didn't ever want to leave!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room serviced every day. Good restaurants with a varied menu. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful quiet beach owned by the hotel. Quiet location way from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali. Only 15 minutes in the taxi from the airport.

Very clean and comfortable rooms

The staff are phenomenal- they go above and beyond to help their guests and are genuinely caring. Rooms are spacious and clean and very modern. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great views and pool. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially Dita. Room was fairly clean. Street noise was acceptable, but stay in higher rooms. Spa was okay.

Great staff and the breakfast is top top quality would definitely stay again

Check in wasnt great. We had to wait 3hours for our room to be ready . Once we were in the room we were happy with the spacious bathroom as well as the main room. Clean

Clean room, a bit noisy at night, good breakfast

The breakfast was amazing with every genre of food imaginable. The rooms were excellent with perfect sitting tubs along with showers and very comfortable beds. There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance on the beach. The only downside is that swimming at the beach is prohibited.

We loved our stay in this relatively new hotel. The view over the beach was amazing, the room itself, massive and very nice, huge king bed, bathroom was big also. Best of all, the staff were amazing. Ulan and the breakfast crew as well as the girl that welcomed us on our first day were lovely and friendly, remembered our names and what we were doing each day etc. highly recommend this hotel.
