I will never return to this hotel. Gives Ramada a bad name. It was more of an overcharge motel. The hotel takes advantage of the clients knowing options are few.

Very professional staff with great hospitality. Excellent location for Everland / Caribbean Bay visitors. Clean and quite room with a very good bathroom, comfortable beds, big selection of satellite TV channels, nice view from its window.

Room was really clean. I was very satisfied. Staffs are very kind and most of all, check in and check out were super fast. Parking was easy and convenient.
