IT Hotel In Center

The hotel didn't have a room for me when I arrived. They haven't tried to contact me or Expedia about that. Instead, they asked me to contact Expedia and cancel it myself. Expedia denied me any compensation based on the reservation not being refundable. As a result, I had to book another hotel last minute and was pay for it out of pocket again. Terrible service on both Expedia and the hotel part. I thought Airbnb is bad, but Expedia is no better, apparently

Bad experience. I wrote to them that I was arriving by plane at 3:30 AM on May 1st, so I would be arriving an hour later, paying for check-in on the same day. When I arrived, the "hotel" was nowhere to be found and had no signs or license plates. With the help of passersby, I found it. A tiny place with no one, not even a reception desk. I called and they told me that check-in was at 2 PM. I told them I had paid for the 1st anyway, that I was entitled to a bed, and that in any case I needed to sleep. The owner insisted on his position until he hung up and didn't answer. In the end, I couldn't sleep anymore. In the morning, no one was there. I called back and they insisted that check-in was at 2 PM. Since I had paid and wanted to sleep, I returned at that time and there was still no one there. I called back, and they told me to wait another half hour. They didn't arrive. I called back and they said the hotel was no longer open and that I could request a refund through Expedia. Terrible!

Everything is amazing

Great location s*it hotel the rooms are in the basement no air conditioning, no, not for me.

This property is not clearly marked and i never found it. I rang for help and they sold my room. This might be in their terms but not the terms sent by Expedia. Eventually after 45 mins they found a room the other side of town to which i needed a taxi for. There is no 24hr reception here despite me reading there was!
