The staff was the most welcoming in our entire trip!!! We ended up staying the night in Pisa, amd needed a room last minute. The staff were super helpful and they were very accommodating to my family. Walking distance to the Cathedral.

Great basic hotel with a lovely staff and keypad for late check in. Room had firm bed and good shower. The staff let us leave our bags after check out while we saw the tower, which we really appreciated. Would recommend for solo travellers!

Friendly staff in terms of keeping luggage pre- post- staying, city tour information, calling taxi. Everything is perfect. No elevators with 2 floors only.
