grocery store on 1st floor. little noisy with fire trucks and ambulances. stayed here before, friendly staff and responsive host

We had a great stay at SMDC Air Residence Makati. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location with easy access to everything around Makati. The overall experience felt smooth and well managed from check in to check out. The host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond when we had one small issue during our stay. It was resolved very quickly, and we really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism. The only thing that could be improved was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for our preference. Aside from that, everything was amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff is difficult to work with and they want you to contact the host. The Expedia app doesn’t allow contacting the host. Communications is just terrible and everyone just says to ask someone else. I actually extended my stay another two weeks and it’s currently almost check in time again and no housekeeping has come. I really like the building and condos, but everything else is just terrible. I really hope this reaches the host, so they will know the staff is probably running away revenue. I stayed here before back in February and everything went great with the staff.

The pool was not included. You have to pay separate fee for the pool. This room and particular was very good it had a nice view of the city. The host was very nice and even though we had some issues she solved them very well. We had an issue that the room had too much air freshener in it but it dissipated after a while. The kitchen was very nice and overall I would book this place again. The best part about this place is that there is a food court and a supermarket right downstairs. There is no gym but there is just a big outdoor area to hang out.

The bedroom area is quite small with a bed slightly too large for the room. There is very little space to walk around the bed. The AC unit is also mounted directly above the bed. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the water heater for the shower was not operable.
