This hotel has a long history and was renovated just three years ago. It appears to be run by a couple who are very eager to be helpful (a photo of them hangs on the wall); the kitchenette is fully equipped—even including a kettle for hot water—and the refrigerator is spacious. The location is superb: right next to Arches National Park and surrounded by beautiful red rock formations. The rooms are spacious, too. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I could hear the person in the next room snoring all night long.

The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and contains a kitchen which includes dinnerware and a portable hotplate. The electric car charger was fully operational and slightly cheaper than the other alternatives in town.

Hotel is not staffed. Check-in is via email with an access code to a deadbolt. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. About a 10 minute drive to Capital Reef NP.

Very clean room. Recently remodeled. Nice setup. They even provided popcorn, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Tons of towels provided. Awesome Mexican restaurant right next door. The central area of the property has a nice picnic area and Adirondack chairs around a fire ring. We would stay here again in an instant.
