Everything was tip top. Note google and apple has the wrong location for hotel. It’s actually one further block down the street where the 4 tall buildings ate.

5min from the station. I stayed only a couple of hours as my flight landed late and early departure.
The lift to the room was a bit of surprise but the room is big and clean.
I loved they have a tea set ( literary the set with the heater for cups), that was a nice surprise.

Spacious room for its price. Walkable distance to and fro Kunming Railway Station. There are convenience stores and a supermarket located just around the neighbourhood.
