On the whole, I loved the staff and the facility. Couple of things could be done better. Stop advertising complimentary 1st day breakfast as you don’t get it unless you prepay for breakfast and pay extra on Expedia! How is it complimentary when I pay for it? If you do not prepay on expedia, staff refuses to honor complimentary breakfast! Ridiculous! Second found the mattress very firm, which I liked initially but by day 3 started getting backpain. Hotel did share they will get me a mattress topper to make it softer but left by the

I loved everything. They clean the rooms very well, they are attentive and kind, and very respectful and appreciative of their customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back now when I am in Manila.

Amazing staff,good breakfast really nice hotel and central location. Rooftop pool is a bonus and rooms are nice and clean. Good value as well.
