Palms by the Beach Motel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

We did not like a thing about this hotel. The TV and internet did not work the whole time we were there. I got charged for a room with two beds for 3 people and got a room with only one bed. They would not return our deposit said the room was trashed when we left said they had pictures but refused to send us pictures. this hotel should not be open at all you couldn't swim in the pool cause it was so nasty. there was blood on our bathroom wall where it had not been clean. I would definitely not recommend this hotel at all for your stay and on the description it says you are on the beach but the hotel is inland not ocean front.

Bed sheets were old and stinky, never replaced. No room service. Pool is dirty. People from other rooms were mentally ill, threatening me and my son.

We enjoyed ourself just know we will be back.

The Supervisor so she said was very rude and when asked if they have coffee made as they said we would when we check in, said No. She said she would not make any coffee…. Just rude!! Not a smile on her face or even eye contact. For the price we paid for this type of Motel we should have gotten their complimentary coffee with a smile on her face!

This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave on last day cause we had to wait 3 hrs for them to come to desk and give our oh yes I forgot $100 deposit. I would never stay here again and would not recommend. There was a lot of up set people who had tried to check out hrs early and no one was there at desk.

It was gross, with visible grime and an unclean surface, and I could not believe the condition it was in. It was filthy and unsuitable for a family setting.
