Spectacular rooms . Good service. Canteliver pool closed that was bad . Pool on ground excellent but small to accommodate everyone. Restaurants at canteliver good not great.

The hotel was pleasant overall, and our room was clean and spacious. However, we had some issues with not having hot water in the bathroom for a few days, which made showering and using the bathtub difficult. The problem was resolved eventually, but only after several attempts. The AC also never really cooled the room as expected — even with the temperature set to 19°C (the lowest it can get) the room never reached that level. While this wasn’t a major problem during our December stay, it may be uncomfortable for guests visiting in the summer
