The staff was excellent. Helpful and efficient. They made this visit very pleasant. My only dissatisfaction was that I got the impression that the hotel was right on the beach, which it is not. It's a 5 minute walk.

Great hotel. Publix right across the street. There’s an awesome rooftop restaurant and bar. Can’t go wrong with this spot.

I reserved a room with a balcony. Was given a room with no balcony. At desk they stated only balcony room available had a broken air conditioner and they had a portable on the room. My reservation was made weeks ago and I accepted room with portable air conditioning. Came back from dinner to find the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor when you turned on water. Not a good experience for a Hyatt hotel

Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
