තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The AC is niot cooling & No towels in the bathroom and I have called the receptionist waited for like couple of hours no housekeeping or maintenance shows up & I decided to go down in the reception, the manager said the shift was changed & then she gave me towels, then maintainance guy came to the room playing with the remote etc & left with out talking or saying that the AC was fix. After 1 hour I complained again about the AC it’s not cooling and another guy came over & I ask him maybe we can change room then after few hours they ask us to transfer…Goshh.. The experience that I got looks like I’m not going back to this hotel again. Lastly, when we moved to the room we brought the towels in the old room because we were thinking that there’s no towels & I’m glad there’s towels, when I checked out they are charging me Php200 for the towels, I told them I wouldn’t pay for your UGLY towel & you should be the one paying me for the inconvenience. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL

Our 3-day stay at The Sunday Hevea Hotel was the worst hotel experience of our lives. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms have not been since day 1. No make-up for 2 days, stinky and uncomfortable room, no towels provided, no room service, and we even had to get our own towels ourselves. Basic housekeeping and guest service were completely lacking. Avoid this hotel. It honestly feels like a scam. Travellers, Beware!!!!!!

Friendly staff, except on our first day, no available towel . Breakfast food is great.

Awful experience, never again Everything about this stay was terrible. First, the check-in was not friendly at all – and to make it worse, the room wasn't even ready when we arrived. We only managed to get in after 4 PM. The apartment itself had a horrible smell throughout. The towels were disgusting – worn out and yellowish. Just awful. Honestly, if you're thinking about staying here, don't. We will never come back, and I strongly advise anyone else to look elsewhere.

People from the front desk are not very helpful no towels too and every time you ask for the manager that just ignore and there Is a guy in the front desk his name is Bryan this guy is rude not very approachable. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

It was great for the price! Clean, comfortable beds and the rooms were huge! I booked for two rooms. The only thing is that hot water for showers isn't always available. Otherwise, my stay was fantastic!

Pictures can be deceiving. The room was spacious but had strong odors. The couch and chairs were dirty. Bathrooms were unclean, with mildew in the shower and on the floors, and the kitchen sink had the same issue. The refrigerator wasn’t clean and still had chocolates from a previous guest. Made me question IF the bedsheet were replaced? Coffee was provided, but there were no utensils. After reading prior reviews, I was surprised by this room—it appeared that issues on walls were temporarily covered with paint. Also, please google their place because Expedia provided an incorrect address.
