Great place to stay

My first stay at Mokko Suites Batubelig was an absolute delight. Although I was initially hesitant due to reviews citing poor internet, I didn't experience a single connectivity issue during my entire four-night stay. The room itself was a highlight, featuring an extremely comfortable and clean bed that ensured I had very high-quality sleep every single night. The staff truly sets this hotel apart; they are incredibly polite and consistently go above and beyond standard hospitality. This level of care extends to the housekeeping team, who do an amazing job of keeping the property in superb, spotless condition. I was also very impressed by the breakfast, which offered high quality and great variety—especially considering the affordable room rates. To top it off, the location is ideal, sitting within easy walking distance of the main street’s vibrant restaurants, massage parlors, and beach clubs. For the price, this hotel comfortably operates well above the standard.

Overall a great stay.

When we arrived the card key didn’t work so we were given a normal key for the room. We then discovered that the safe didn’t work, the pool ladder had rusted away from the holding making it unusable. The glass window/ door didn’t lock as well. We ended up having money stolen from our room. We notified the front desk and they told us it was our fault. Suggesting that we had used it or exchanged it etc. Even without this happening, it’s not a great place to stay. Have stayed in better in Bali for less money.

Mokko suites was the perfect place for us to start our first time vacation to Bali! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was clean and well appointed, we could walk to the beach easily, the restaurant was great with lots of delicious options and the spa was convenient and the practitioner was excellent. We also loved that we could arrange to be picked up from the airport on arrival - excellent service all around. Thanks!

Great place to stay

Mokko is a small resort hotel. The room is very spacious. I requested two single beds, but they could not offer that. The wooden floor was very dirty when we checked in and I asked them to mop it again. Location is off the main street, so there wasn't much noise. The main street is not good for pedestrians as the pavements are narrow and broken. Breakfast was included with our booking. Food selections were okay, but too much MSG in the noodles. Overall, the room was comfortable and decent size. Bathroom also very speacious with a bathtub and separate shower.
