The hotel was in a good location and very close to restaurants and shops. The bad part was that some employees who served breakfast. Employees were not polite. The room was very closed off, with no windows. The elevator required a key card to go up and down, but it almost never worked. There was no pool. There was a lot of noise in the hallways.

The room had a fake window... as in there was no real window lookin out at anything. Fridge had waters and coke - no incuded not clear it was extra Could hear a night clubs music all night

The front desk Jorge Perez was extremely rude and nasty, I booked this hotel for a night and did not even stay. He insisted I show him my ID multiple times. I could not believe the attitude he displayed towards me.
