තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

People were nice. Hotel is well located. But bed bugs, old beds, small space made it not a great stay.

It did not meet the expectations except the location which is very good. I had following problems: There were no towels in the room ( when requested, I was told they are being cleaned!), clearly not enough in the system. How can u give someone room without towels, so had to wait. 2-Then realised there was no hand wash, shower jell etc 3- no toilet paper 4- ther was shower tray without any curtain or screen so water went all over the bathroom and created slip hazard 5- Shower head was leaking from the top when turned on 6- there was iron but no ironing board. The cables damaged with poorly wrapped sellotape, it was European plug but no matching socket, the housekeeping boy just pushed it in but kept creating sparking noise 7- finally I checked out and asked my luggage to keep till evening which they did but just left it unattended near reception did not put it safely despite requesting, I know in Madina most probably no one will steel it but I did feel uncomfortable. When I took it, no one asked for receipt, any one could have taken it!!

Convenient with all amenities. Except gotel is old.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Waqf Othman Bin Affan Hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Holy City. Key Highlights: Prime Location: The hotel is incredibly close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (about a 5–7 minute walk). It’s situated in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it very convenient for daily prayers and necessities. Exceptional Service: The staff at the 24-hour front desk were professional, welcoming, and very accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Comfortable Accommodations: My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the modern touches like the LED TV, the in-room coffee maker, and the reliable free WiFi. The city view from the room added a nice touch to the spiritual atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and a serene environment that allows you to focus on your visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Madinah, Insha'Allah!

It was close to masjid nobobi

It’s clean, nice however the area is too crowded. The door for the bathroom is open outside, not inside and the whole way is narrow for the room when the door is open, no one can pass to inside the room
