Central location is key. Can walk to subway or even JR station without going outside. Very good sound isolation. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good view on my 14th floor north facing room. The 18th floor patio is very nice and has WiFi but does not allow any food or drink. Breakfast buffet I had once and it was good but I think it’s more fun to try local food places instead. Laundry is nice to have but the dryer takes more time than I expected at first but I hear that’s fairly common in Japan. The one real downside is that the gym is fairly limited on free weights and machines. The dumbbells are singles not pairs and max out at 10kg.

Very convenient location to move around Sapporo. Breakfast selection is alright but can be pretty crowded during peak period. Room is clean and well sized.
