Anor Qal'a

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Estadia muito agradável no geral. O pessoal foi extremamente simpático e prestável. O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e os produtos pareciam frescos. A localização é boa, a poucos minutos do centro, num sítio calmo. O quarto era confortável e a cama era firme, exatamente como gostávamos. A decoração do hotel é extremamente bonita e reflete bem a região, criando um ambiente acolhedor e típico. Em relação à limpeza, o quarto estava em bom estado.

イチャンカラの外側にあるホテルです。近隣は改装中のホテルや飲食店が多く道も舗装されていませんでしたが、ホテルはとても綺麗て快適に過ごせました。観光にはとても良い立地です。スタッフも親切でした。

AVOID!!! This is a run-down hostel in a converted building vaguely masked with some bling to look like a hotel. Hanging wires in the corridor with empty (?) picture frames on the walls. Doors without proper locks and you can slide your hand under the door it’s so loose. There was no cold water and they couldn’t fix it. Breakfast was absolutely meagre and cold, they didn’t even have milk. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Silverfish in the bathroom. They have a kitchen block IN THE MIDDLE of the hotel next to bedrooms and the bangs and clanging of metal plates goes well past 2am with the staff running around and shouting at each other. The hotel is misrepresented online, they just take large groups which cannot escape once they arrive by coach. Not safe for female travellers. AVOID.

The staff and manager were excellent and went out of their way to help us and ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has recently been built so the outside landscaping is yet to be completed. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

We were originally scheduled to stay at a different hotel in Khiva but when we arrived, it was not acceptable. So we switched to Anot Qal'a and were very happy. Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

The service in this hotel was excellent. They took the time to make sure my every need was met. The staff is very sweet and attentive. It is a new hotel so they are still getting things ready for guests. At the same time I feel like their hard work makes up for any drawback in cleablineds I saw, and it was worth its every penny.
