Initially whoever I spoke with for virtual check in was responsive. However when asked about extra towels etc. I received no response. The room was very dusty as if it had not be vacuumed and I could clearly see dust bunnies behind the bed frame. Additionally, there was a very strong sewer smell in the room which we had to keep the window open at all times. The bathroom light couldn’t be turned off. The WiFi did not work at all and kept going out. The bathroom felt dark and unsure if they just paint over staining on the walls but the room itself could’ve used a fresh coat of paint. The couch was supposed to be a pullout however it looked so questionable we didn’t bother. And there wasn’t actual sheets/blankets for it available anyway. The bed was uncomfortable and is clearly old as it had a dip in the middle of it. The only positive was the location.

Amazing stay! The room was so aesthetic and perfect for what we needed. The balcony was lovely- we spent a lot of time out there. The shower was huge with amazing water pressure and went so hot! The location was ideal, lots of nearby restaurants, cafes and just down the road from the Metro.

Nice room, nice balcony. A little far from main attractions in Milan. On Corso Sempione there are good restaurants down the street
