It doesn’t even worth 1 star, the hotel felt like night club, very nasty , very cheap hotel

Checking in and out was very simple and fast. The staff were very helpful. The room cleanliness was okay, I saw some spots that could use a better cleaning. But overall, this hotel had good value.

Clean property, close to shops and places to eat

This hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you plan to visit Hongdae, Sinchon, Ewha Womans University, Sogang University, Yonsei University, and the Seodaemun area. It is conveniently situated in the middle of everything, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy access to both Sinchon and Ewha subway stations. The staff members are exceptionally kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. While this is not a luxury or three-star hotel, it offers very good value for the price and is an affordable option for travelers on a budget. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room overlooking Bukhansan (North Mountain). The continental breakfast was simple but satisfying. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Seoul.

Smell so bad. Looks not clean and old.

Staff seem courteous. Room seems ok, bathroom cleanliness and equipment needs to be improved. The soap holder was broken in our room.

First, the plaque outside says it is a 2-star hotel, not a 3-star as stated on most websites, and this is very understandable once you enter. On entering, the lobby had lots of bags of rubbish all over, it was very disorganized. The lobby staff throughout the visit weren't often there. The rooms are not like the photos. The room was dirty. There were scratch marks, drawings, and hairs all over the furniture. The floor was not clean. There is no clothes storage. The bathroom was mouldy. There were large bottles of cleaning supplies in the corner of the room. Extremely disappointed.
