El personal es muy agradable y ayudan a los huéspedes, pero este hostal necesita mucha reparación, es una lástima que la instalación esté tan deteriorada, porque las personas que trabajan ahí se esfuerzan mucho en hacer de la estancia del turista lo más llevadera posible

Taxis were not able to get up to this hostel since it was very steep to get up there.

They dont have water for 2 days. Very inconvenient specially we came from 14 hours flight and 9 hours layover.

No heat in the room and bathroom was outside ,had to share ,just horrible, had to check out early, I would never stay at the so call hotel again, plus i didn't get a refund.

I stayed here for the 5 nights I was in Cusco. The location was super convenient which had me coming back. My first four nights i had a room overlooking the city and let me tell you, it is loud at night. I came to realize this hostel is located on a street with parties every night lol. Overall though, I did enjoy this property and felt pretty comfortable.
