Room was clean. However, didn't expect the bathroom sink to be in the living area, outside the bathroom. If you pay for daily cleaning, find out what exactly this might entail, as your expectation of a hotel-style clean might not match to reality. Overall, an average property to stay at. Special mention to the most helpful, genuine and lovely bartender who makes a mean Martini.

Super nice staffs and very helpful. Very clean and amazing walk in rain shower. Good location with all restaurants shopping and subway line near by. Recommended. Only improvement is the laundry machine. Other than that, highly recommended

Great hotel in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to Gion but out of the busy area, and good food options around. Mattress is hard and the pillows are harder.
