Damp on window walls plaster dust on floor.
Door to room is like a shed door and doesn’t seal properly.
Only minor but clocks need a new battery
We could hear everything even cutlery being cleaned and put in tray.at 7 in morning
Breakfast wasn’t good and even another person we said hi to in the town said breakfast wasn’t good this morning so not just us.
Not the best place for us .

The condition of the room was substandard put decoration toilet fittings Lowes toilet C Lowes mostly basically all worn out needs updating not worth £150 a night parking facilities. A nightmare spent two hours on the morning of arrival looking for parking will not go again.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed in Room 3 and enjoyed a fantastic sea view. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We absolutely loved our stay.
The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. However, the breakfast service was a little disappointing. We stayed for two nights, and on both mornings we were told that they had run out of vegan sausages. The breakfast staff were not particularly helpful in addressing the issue.
They charged £10 x day for parking, the space is very tight.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel, but there is room for improvement in the breakfast service, especially for guests with dietary requirements.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, within easy walking distance of the pier, tram, and beach. Limited parking is also available, which is a useful bonus.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was acceptable, although the selection was quite limited and the dining area felt small.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were disappointing. There was visible mould in areas beyond just the bathroom, and the bathroom itself did not feel properly clean, with dirty walls and a shower drain that seemed partly clogged. There was also no hair dryer in the room.
Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the hotel felt dated and in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness issues, especially the mould and bathroom condition, really let the stay down.

Day receptionist extremely helpful as Expedia did not pass on that we needed an accessible room.Matter immediately resolved.Room very spacious and comfortable.Bathroom good.Excellent breakfast.Staff friendly and helpful.Excellent location.Free parking on road.
Do not go to sister hotel for dinner, as meal extremely disappointing and certainly not good value for money!!

This hotel has hugely declined in the last year, I wouldn’t stay again sadly. Shabby rooms and exterior, poor breakfast, unprofessional staff. It has lost its charm and warmth. Very sad to see as frequent repeat guests.

Need ac in room need car park easy park very hard we move car from hotel space right second we gave money to car parking two days £20 not ac in room no extra bed for sleep one night my husband sleep soffa but soffa was only two siter so no good experience this time should be need some less money about this condition
