The Wyndham Grand Busan exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained and offers exceptional facilities. We travelled as a family of five and found it to be an excellent choice for families, while also being perfectly suited for business travellers. Our room offered stunning ocean views, including from the bathroom, which was a lovely touch. The gym and pool are both spacious, spotless and very well maintained. The hotel has three restaurants, and the buffet truly deserves its five-star reputation. It offers an impressive variety of dishes without compromising on quality—a rare combination. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and genuinely excellent. At one point during our stay, we felt that the service fell short of the standard we expected. Once we shared our feedback, the hotel’s response was truly five-star. We felt genuinely listened to, communication was excellent, and action was taken promptly. The hotel clearly values guest feedback and is genuinely committed to continuous improvement. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who shared his philosophy on hospitality. It quickly became apparent that this philosophy is reflected throughout the hotel and in the way guests are treated. Our stay in Busan was far too short, but we will definitely be back. Wyndham Grand Busan has earned our trust, and it will be our first choice when we return to the city. Highly recommended.

Hotel exceeded my expectations in their service, kindness of staff, cleanliness, amenities, the view it offers and the proximity from the beach. I came on a business trip yet it became one of the most wonderful vacations

Overall such an excellent experience. The room was very clean. The staff were all so hospitable and very nice. The views of the room windows into the beach were spectacular.

Amazing hotel- great amenities, clean, very kind staff

Over all is good except for the location. Far from everything.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had a wonderful sea/bridge view and both room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom has a nice standalone bath which we used with hotel supplied bath salts. The bed was super comfortable and comforter/sheet were nice too. We appreciated a large safe as well. We initially had a concern about the location but it was a quick taxi ride from jagalchi market (6800 won) and close to the songdo beach/cable car/restaurants. There is a newly renovated Korean spa/jjimjilbang with sea views within a walking distance.

We booked 2 rooms with king beds and they were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. I intentionally booked a hotel that was in a location that wasn’t too crowded with tourist and a little quieter. 5 minute walk to busan cable car, 15 minute taxi to Jalgachi market, 25 minute taxi to Haeundae. Breakfast buffet was 55,000 won and it had a lot of western and Korean options. Restaurant options that are walking distance is limited.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham in Busan. The amenities and facilities were exceptional. The room was extremely clean and serviced well. I cannot fault the staff on their service either. They were very professional, attentive, and certainly provide the kind of service you would expect at a 5 star property. It was a pleasure staying here, and I really hope I can come back soon.

Delightful from start to finish
