Stayed for a week did not get the room cleaned in the middle of the week; requested to have the room and linens changed- they changed however refilled dirty towels and also gave my family most likely soiled towels with stain. Terrible heating and cooling system, loud and noisy; we all got sick possibly the vent has molds. not a place to stay again.

We had an amazing stay and couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff and their service were absolutely top-notch—they went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were excellent, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest highlights was the luggage storage service. We were able to store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made exploring Ottawa so much easier and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to every single one of my friends and family visiting Ottawa. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location is great, and it is close to many amenities. The downfall is the rooms; there is a huge central closet that really seems out of place, and the television can really use an upgrade, not enough lighting in the rooms. There is underground parking in the parkade at a cost of $10.00 CAD for 10 hrs.

Basic clean rooms, in a great location.. it does have hair dryer or iron etc. And the beds are not the highest quality. But I would stay again for short visits

Staff and location were great. The room was clean and very basic, which was expected at that price point. The AC unit was very loud, which was bothersome, and the bathroom sink was old and stained. The only free outlet was in the bathroom, the other outlets had the fridge, TV, modem, and microwave plugged in. It was walking distance to many places I wanted to visit, and I would stay there again, although I would bring a power bar next time. The breakfast included coffee, tea, juice, milk, yogourt, fruit, toast, muffins and bagels.
