තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

check in was good especially friendly staff, stay was okay considering not first time visiting the hotel, however check out was painful, and i have to rebook my transport back to hong kong due to much delay during check out! the room was booked for 3 adults as mentioned in the website, i asked if there will be additional bed given but hotel responded extra bed comes with charges. Then i replied that the booking was made for 3 adults then asked for rationale of extra bed but no response received? During check in the staff ask if we need additional bed, which she can check if that comes with additional charges or complimentary - we are okay not to have extra bed given the bed is big enough for 3 of us, and we paid for additional breakfast. Staff then confirm complimentary extra bed arranged while we went out for dinner. During check out, additional charges imposed to our bill and staff firstlt mentioned it is for 3rd adult - which we strongly disagree stating the booking was made for 3 adults. Then the check out staff mentioned it is additional bed charges, which we mentioned that check in staff informed us that it was complimentary. What we get so frustrated was that the staff insisted for us to pay, and keep staring at their computer repeating the same for 30mins! Then on duty manager came settled for us after checking with backend operation team. The entire checkout process was so painful, and i’m not sure i will return to this hotel again.

깨끗한 객실과 친절한 직원들이 있어 편하게 있다 갑니다, 다만 아침메뉴가 좀 더 다양하게 바꿔가며 나왔으면 좋겠습니다.

Booked room for 3 with additional charges (normally cost 900+ for 2 and i paid 1300+ for 3), also confirmed with agent on extra bed, but check in staff insisted no extra bed, having to argue and waited for 15mins to get this sorted.

房間有煙頭 很大浸煙味絕不能接受

地點偏遠，地鐵站走路過去十五分鐘。離市區一個小時多車程。 國際品牌，環境及供應物品都有保證。只是員工培訓不足，部分員工態度不太友善。 門外服務生不夠專業，完全無笑容，見到有賓客不會主動開門及打招呼，這應該不是五星標準。 沒有送餐服務，只提供樓下室外外賣櫃，這配套服務未足夠。 3樓健身室及游泳池的接待處員工態度差，令住客好像受他們氣。更衣室內有乾濕桑拿，但乾的在維修中。不見有員工巡查。安全性有穩憂。 房間舒適，有生日蛋糕贈送，但酒店忘記了在預定送上來，遲了一小時仍未有送，親自致電前台提醒後才送上來。

quick 1 day work trip. stayed at this hotel before, was very impressed with my visit so I decided stay again this time. comfortable living, high end service. quality even to the smallest details.
