The property itself is beautiful, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The communication before check-in was excellent, the photos accurately represented the space, and the amenities were great. The pool views were stunning, the bathroom was beautiful, the AC worked perfectly, and we really appreciated having a kitchen and open-concept living area. My only disappointment was the cleanliness upon arrival. The sofa had noticeable stains, and the floors were dirty. We brought this to the host’s attention and received an apology, but no action was taken to address the issue. For the price of the stay, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness. That said, the property has a lot going for it and could easily be a top-tier stay with more attention to cleaning and guest concerns. I share this feedback simply to help future guests know what to expect and to encourage improvement.
