Great bed configuration in family room, made room more roomy. We enjoyed the breakfast. Location was good to explore the city. Easy access from bullet train (15 min walk) and 5 min walk to train station and 2 different shrines/temples.
Cons: the room was really hot. When I asked about AC the staff said it’s controlled per floor and not by individual room. They provided a fan but it was still an uncomfortable temperature to sleep with 4 people in the room

I liked that the location was on the same block as his station and family mart.. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores and shrines.

We were a group of friends who got a room with 3 beds. Decent size with A/C and on the top floor. Coin laundry on our floor was available. It appeared very clean, but it seems as you move around in the space you find things like food down the side of the bed that looks like it's been there a while
