I chose this hotel near the airport for the first night of my trip, and I felt it was excellent—even when compared to the other hotels I stayed at later. It was a shame that bad weather prevented me from going out onto the terrace, but I would certainly like to stay here again. However, I found it very confusing to get there by train; navigating the monorail platform was difficult to figure out.

This hotel is like the best kept secret of Japan. When we arrived I was completely stunned on how beautiful it was inside and the rooms were barn. Bathrooms were absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
The entire hotel was so clean I've never seen anything like it.

Very good price and hotel amenities. It is definitely worth the price. The room is small but super functional. No noise at all. Cannot hear the airplane passing by. Like the wood floor especially. The air conditioner is not noisy at all. Highly recommended.

He had a great overnight stay at hotel. Metropolitan staff were amazing and kind and helped us navigate getting to the airport. It was very easy. State of the room was perfect. It was quite spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around via train or bus. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. I especially appreciated the customer service.
