Close to a lot of sites we wanted to visit.

Very quiet and clean room. Comfortable beds. Only downside being no in-room amenities like water kettle/coffee making facilities. These are only available in the lobby but you can carry your coffee to your room. A hair-dryer is available from the front desk. The property offers a reasonable laundry service. Each of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I would stay here on my next trip to Vientiane.

Comfy bed, crispy clean sheets, room gets cleaned daily with new water bottle and towel. Hot shower but WiFi no so good in my room. Was working downstairs on laptop which has a nice view over the temple.

Overall, it was a good experience, except the room still had a strong smoke smell, especially on the bedsheets.

Room size was pretty decent; however, the bathroom layout was less than desired. Showerhead was over the toilet. Never seen such a bad layout.
