No door or curtain at the shower so it was always flooding the bathroom and no hooks or shelves anywhere to put things. Aircon was good and cold.

Good location but the bathroom is dirty with some molds around the toilet bowl and shower, no hot water.

Hot shower is not working. Only the very cold shower. When you turn the handle to the left to get hot shower, the water in the shower heads was only dripping and no water pressure. No phones in the room. Had to go down every time to ask for assistance. I had to ask 3 times in one day just for someone to fix the issue and when someone finally came, they COULD NOT FIX IT!!! Quite disappointing

Location is perfect. Walking distance to Robinson's mall. Very strategic location, we're able to take care of business. Staff are very friendly, pleasant, and courteous.

clean room ,although we had to be moved the next day shower with no warm water,otherwise stay was exemptional

The bed has only one pillow. No hot water. You have to ask for a roll of toilet paper the next morning as other roll finished that same night.
