Voco was a great hotel, clean rooms helpful staff great breakfast Subway nearby also a great market opposite the hotel Slightly outside the center of city center But overall we had a lovely time

We stayed for 7 nights with breakfast included in our reservation. I would say this is crucial to book if you’re a breakfast eater because there’s absolutely nothing near the hotel for breakfast. All of the restaurants and walking vicinity of the hotel or lunch ace dinner. The breakfast did get a little repetitive, pretty much the same menu was served almost every day, but the quality of food was good and there was plenty of it to choose from. The only amenities that really think would have been helpful to have would have been to have a refrigerator and possibly a microwave in the room. Staying as long as we did it made it difficult because you couldn’t take leftovers from a restaurant with you and reheat them later because you had no way to keep them cold. That may not matter for a short trip, but when you’re there for a week, it ends up being a lot of food you’ve thrown away. Expedia made errors as to some of the inclusions, for example, there is not a sauna or a Jim at the property. Staff was wonderful and always eager to help, write down to booking as a budget friendly airport taxi for the morning of our departure. Would definitely stay there again if I was returning to Vienna.

I really like short distance to local tube and buses! Check in with Emanuel was easy , happy chat and useful info about area and city. Room decor is perfect and room size. I was surprised how good the breakfast was. Bar tender is a happy guy and polite , served good pint ! Hotel spot on and worth reconsidering!
