Kooii Apartments

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Only issue was with the Car Park, the entry system was confusing and second gate didn't open properly and we had to tailgate another car - some signposting in the garages would be helpful - directional etc. we had to search for the lift, which was obvious when we found it, but some signs on walls would have helped. Otherwise, apartment was lovely.

Loved the hotel. Check in loading zone was really difficult to get room, had to keep circling the block waiting for someone to leave.

Great place to stay in Brisbane, 10 minute walk to Story bridge and the Howard Smith wharf which also has the ferry for easy access for the rest of Brisbane.Parking was easy with an extra cost of 25$. Great room with 2 private bedroom s, clean

Parking was easy had a designated park. Kitchen was great for cooking. Staff were very helpful and very clean room.

Great location, near excellent restaurant and cafes. Room was spacious for two adults. Additional $25 charge for parking is a little annoying but definitely needed if you need it as all street spots are restricted and metered. Overall, a good stay and good value.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was good but we were disappointed with the surroundings especially China town. Towels, dishwasher, washing machine liquids were lacking and no face cloth. We stayed in level 20 and you could still hear the train, traffic and people outside.

My colleague had a very disappointing experience at Kooii Apartments. She checked in at around 7:30pm and was told by reception that no staff would be available after 8pm. When she entered the apartment, she found that one of the bedrooms was locked. She also discovered that the balcony sliding door was broken and could not be locked properly. As she was travelling alone, she felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, by then it was after 8pm and there was nobody available to help. She contacted me and asked if she could move to another hotel. I arranged for a male colleague to swap apartments with her. However, when he arrived at Kooii, he also felt uncomfortable with the apartment. It was small, cramped, and he was concerned about the locked bedroom. He tried calling the contact number provided but nobody answered. As neither colleague felt comfortable staying there, I immediately booked alternative accommodation at SkyTower Brisbane. The next morning, my colleague returned the key and raised a complaint with reception. He was told that because we had booked a 1-bedroom apartment, the second bedroom was locked even though a 2-bedroom apartment had been provided. We were also informed that no refund would be given. We found this response unhelpful and unprofessional. If a 1-BR apartment was unavailable, that should not become the guest's problem. The lack of after-hours support, security concerns, and refusal to address our complaint resulted in a very poor experience.

Great location. Within walking distance to quite a few restaurants, cafes & pubs. It did get noisy at night from music coming from a nearby nightclub. But apartment is spacious, clean & the bed very comfortable. I asked to keep my car parked a bit longer after checkout time & they gladly let me stay in the visitors parking. Would stay again.
