Good hotel, unfortunately staff weren’t the best. Requested my shower gel to be replaced on day 1, day 3 still not done even though I mentioned it everyday, requested a wake up call and again that didn’t happen. Bar over charged me for drinks too. Shame as the hotel itself is really nice

I had a pleasant stay at Tbilisi Philharmonic Hotel by Mercure. The hotel was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, the breakfast options were good, and the location is walkable and easily accessible.
