Oceanus Oasis Retreat

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. Here are some issues we found: Lack of security- The front door can open inwards and outwards because the door frame is loose. Lack of cleanliness- The couch has an odor, hair was found on the sheets, pair of panties found in a drawer, line of ants marching across the kitchen sink. Lack of booking integrity- Photos in person revealed holes in the wall, peeling floor boards, bathroom doorknob completely loose (requires someone from the outside to push the door to free the person inside), bathroom sink drains very slowly, toilet paper not included in the unit. Lack of comfort- Beds were rock hard (similar to a dried out kitchen sponge you can use to hammer a nail). If you happen to book this place after reading this, I applaud your courage and your budget.

Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading advertisement. I’ll never ever book this place again.
