සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Wasnt even there 5 mins. Walked into the room they gave me and turned on the lights, saw bugs on the wall, floor, and the tv broken, bed headboard was on the opposite side of room. Went to desk to leave and get refund and they said we give you another room. I said no i want a refund and was given half!! Since they lied to the company i used to book. Sent the photo to the company to prove how bad it was!!!

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There were bed bugs in the room, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, no pillow was provided, and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, and it felt like the place was not well maintained. I would not recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant experience.

The sheets that was covering the bed were dirty and the keys that opening the door wasn't working properly on the door.

The room had roaches and the tv volume didn't work the bathroom faucet was broke the door wouldn't shut all the way and people was outside being real loud at 3 in the morning fights went on it was just a mess the inside of the room was run down it was dirty we seen a lot of roaches climbing up the walls and running across the floor it's cheap yeah but I wouldn't recomend anyone until it's fixed up and sprayed for bugs

Very basic, but that's all I needed. TV remote didn't work. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Hot water was questionable. Sink water pressure was terrible. Parking was great, cost was good. Accommodating for late arrival.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු Water would not get hot in the shower waited 40 minutes still not hot. So I had to hurry take cool shower so I could be at my granddaughters graduation on time. Fridge was not cold even after my drinks being in there for 24 hours. Went to office the man said I would have to complain online since I booked online. He said he would check but it was warm after they apparently turned a hot water tank on the 2nd day there. And as I was checking out I asked for a receipt he told me he wasn't good with computer well he was good with it when he checked me in but not to check out 🤔 He told me I would have to wait 10 minutes another guy would come and get for me I finally rang door bell a lady came on intercom asked what I needed I told her a receipt she said she would text it to me I still have not received it. S definitely will not be staying there again
