Very comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff dealt with a couple of issues very quickly. Great location for Carolina Park and shopping/ restaurants. Receptionist did not accept a photocopy of my ID, so need to have more ID

The staff at the hotel were warm and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet always had a great variety of options. There was always excellent security on duty around the clock. It is the only place I will consider staying at if I head back that way.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Quito. The room was large and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff was polite and the breakfast was also good. I would stay here again.
