Room was clean and as advertised. Staff were helpful and courteous. Bear in mind that this is a budget hotel - so there is no coffee or tea bags in the room, nor any cups. These will be provided if asked. It is a great location - good shopping nearby. Because of that there is traffic noise. Overall excellent value. They will provide a shuttle from the airport for a charge.

If you like the vibrant shopping/eating atmosphere within local Egyptian in downtown area at evening, then this hotel is fit for you. Walking approximately 18 minutes to the Cairo Museum (old museum), metro is also closed by

We stayed here a few days before in an awesome room on 6th floor. This time we were on 1st floor above the take out restaurant on ground floor. Ramadan was still going on as it was before. Not a good experience with all the noise right outside below our windows.

The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable.
