Breakfast was just so so, can be better. Staffs are friendly, view is good, room is clean. Only bad is walking back to my room, there’s this room with ppl smoking inside and their room is wide open, can’t stand the smell. I’ve requested to upgraded one of my room to the Guangji Bridge view and they really did reserved for me. Thumbs up. Had a small issue with the TV when checked in. TV not in working condition, had to call the technician up to resolve it, took 30-40 minutes. A little unhappy with it, as a 5 star hotel should not make such a silly mistake. They should ensure that before guest checked in everything should be working fine. Overall it’s a nice stay, still have room for improvement.

Really great views from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was a little further out from shops or food.
The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodation especially Vincent who helped us secure transportation for our next journey.

The location of the hotel was wrong on the website. It took us a while to walk to the location according to the "get direction" and only found out the actual location was miles away. We had to take another ride there. The hotel was really nice and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only down side was there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby the hotel.
