The reason I booked this hotel is because it listed AC. There is no AC!!! In the hottest heatwave France has ever had there was no AC as advertised. The staff tried to help and provided fans and ice but Expedia has it listed as having AC which was the only reason we booked it.

There was NO air conditioning. We left. Couldn’t stay even one night till we found another place!!!

I stayed during the heatwave, and it was a very last minute booking. Unfortunately, the hotel air-con system wasn't working, but they accommodated me with an upper-floor room where I could open the windows and provided me with a fan, so it wasn't that bad. The room was clean and spacious. I checked in very late, I called to warn them, and that was no issue at all. The staff was really nice. They provided free water bottles. The room had a mini-fridge. Well located with tram and metro at its feet. Restaurants, shops, ATM... Not too noisy for the location, even with the windows open overnight.

Don’t go to these hotel it’s the worst they gave me a room with people ínside and beside bed and walls had fleas. I had to leave at 2 am with my 1 year old daughter because the heat was horrible.
