We had 2 brief stays, both in really nice rooms with artistic design on the walls an balconies. The jungle garden is a great respite from the summer heat and we enjoyed the pool. The food was good. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Close to everything. The jungle patio area is amazing. Staff are friendly and eager to help. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful art around the hotel. Stunning tropical garden and beautifully decorated rooms. Very friendly, warm and helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is older and showing its age but well maintained. The outdoor area is nice however the space and lounge chairs around the pool are limited. It is a fair walk from the downtown area but there is public transportation available for a nominal fee.

Airport shuttle was useless to us. It needed a lot of advanced notice to book so we ended up booking with Uber. The rooms were art themed, very sparse but clean and very interesting. The shower was in the tub, which made showering a bit uncomfortable other than that, it was a very nice stay. These negatives did not warrant a lower rating to us. staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful and had no attitude whatsoever. We really appreciated that as we came in late at night.

The front desk staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, always ready to help, and importantly, all spoke great English. Our room was small by US standards, but clean and more than ok for our 4-day stay. Breakfast buffet was good and served in the garden because the weather was good. The hotel was located within walking distance to the beach, old town, and near many restaurants. The only negative was the furniture: no chairs, only 3 stools with no backs, but the lobby and the garden were great.
