A nce clean hotel right on the river bank , trams and trains a few moments walk ,a good base to explore the east side

Hotel was updated... Room was clean. Only exception was housekeeping forgot to remove the bathroom trash from the previous guests. When we advised the staff they made it right.

Fantastic! This was the 2nd time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay just as much as the first time. There are no kettles in the rooms, but there IS a coffee/tea making machine which is free to use with plenty of different choices to choose from.

The hotel was at a great location. Near train station. I took a direct train from airport to hotel. Then 5 minute walking distance to hotel. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants around. The hotel was clean and room size was good. They had tea and coffee machine at the lobby.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent Valentine’s trip to Berlin, which was booked through Expedia. My partner and I arrived at the hotel at approximately 1:30am after travelling, only to be informed that the Senior Suite I had paid for was no longer available. Without any clear explanation, we were told the room had effectively been downgraded. The receptionist was unable to provide a reason as to why the room I had booked and paid for had been given to another guest, nor could they explain how this situation had occurred. After being shown an alternative room, we were left with no real choice but to accept a standard room with a standard bed — significantly below the level of accommodation I had reserved and paid for. I requested either the correct room or a refund of the price difference, but this was refused. I find it completely unacceptable that a confirmed and fully paid booking was not honoured. The issues continued throughout the stay. During our three-night visit: No housekeeping attended our room. Bed sheets were not changed. The room was not cleaned at any point. On the second night, after returning late in the evening, we found the room untouched. The following day, we had to go down to reception and request fresh bed sheets and pillowcases ourselves. We were instructed to collect them from reception rather than having them delivered to the room, and I was forced to make the bed personally. While I

Was a problem with water leak in my room but Gabriella was wonderful, hekped me move room and looked after me so well.

The room was so clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Excellent staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was worth the cost.
