Nice, pools, clean room. Friendly staff. Used shuttle to get around in Gatlinburg. Very convenient.

Sidney James is a place. I go back too all time. Been stay there far a less 29 years. Never had a complaint. It us a very clean place. Love it The peoples that work there are so awesome ladys an men. An the ladys in the office are awesome ladys. That help me alot. I well get coming back there. Til I can. My favorite place.❤️

Room was clean and spacious, bathroom clean but very small. Check in and check out very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. The café was great with good food and service along with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay.
